Anyone ever use SENSA?

I just ordered the Sensa product and was wondering if anyone out there has ever used it. It was free for the first month and thought I would give it a whirl. Even if it adds a little extra weight loss I would love it! Been kinda slowing on the losing the last month and thought I could use an extra boost! LET ME KNOW what you have experienced using this product!! Thanks:bigsmile:

    I wouldn't waste my money. I tried it about two years ago and I did not lose any weight.
    The best way to lose the weight is through diet change and exercise!

    So, I just started using Sensa and I can tell you that after I shake it on my food, I am full at half the plate. I love to eat and it is almost disappointing for me that my food has to sit there uneaten. Not sure how it will go over the next few months, but I can see how it can definitely curb appetites so that my meals are smaller throughout the day.
