    Interesting link. I even caught a new (for me) triceps movement from one of the links in it. Sadly I am guilty of being a late breakfast eater. I shall go fix that right now!

    thats a decent article. Some of that stuff is pretty much common knowledge, but some of it is great, like the last one about weight lifting vs pure aerobic exercises. What they didn't tell you there is that, if you make your weight lifting sessions into circut training including aerobics AND light weight training, it gives you similar results to straight weight training but with more total body workout.

    I joined in Oct. at 215lbs. Today I'm 199lbs.
    I am seeing flab and would like to know of any exercise for flabby chins . Anyone know of one?
