I started out at 325. It's a long journey for me I want to lose 150 pounds. Feel free to add me for support.0

In January I weighed 304. I'm not sure, but I think my highest weight, excluding when I was pregnant, was between 310 and 315. I went up and down between 270 and 300 for 20 years before starting this journey. Today I weighed 242 (up from my lowest of 240 last week, but its that time of month, so I'm not worried about it).
I'm reasonably sure I wouldn't have made it this far, or had nearly this success, without MFP. It has really changed my life!

I started out @ 301 and as of a few days ago, was 197. I still have around 40 to go or so....but it's an excellent start

Yep, me! I started way over 300 at 461. Down to around 400 now (been stuck between 398 and 408 for about a month now :sad: )
This site works...when you stick to it. I find that I do much better when I login to MFP frequently (multiple times a day).0 -
Started at 415 in January. Down to 322 now. Once I started faithfully tracking my calories I found I was eating way more than I realized. The mobile app if you have a smart phone makes it really easy to keep track of your eating.0

I was 315 when I started, now as of a week ago I was 299. You an do it.0
