Started at 316 in Jan 2011, got down to 260, but fell off the wagon last christmas. Pretty sure I am back up there, scared to look. I am trying though. It's actually pretty easy when you stick to the calories You can do it!0

At my high point, right before I joined, I was within a few pounds (297). This program, especially the smartphone app, has made tracking easy.0

Yep, started at 324 :blushing: :grumble: and I'm still over 300, but just barely I'm so excited to get back in the two hundreds. I always promised myself I would never reach 300 pounds, when I did I got really depressed, ate a lot, gained more weight, and woke up and realized how stupid that was... then kicked my big butt in gear. Feel free to add me0

I started about a year ago. 341 lbs.
It's taken this long for my skin to get "manageable" and for me to feel good with my shirt off around the beach/pool etc.
I still have a bit to fill but it keeps improving. Small t shirts look pretty good on me now... ha!0 -
351 in Feb and 296 now. So happy to be out of the 300's....I was there over 20 years.0

I started in mid-April and am down 28lbs. It has been slow going and that is ok. I have had some bad days where I didn't eat good but I have never been over calories. I also have had several times were it was a couple days when I didn't really get good workouts(some days no workout at all) in. I am not trying to win any race though. I'm down 2 clothes sizes and almost 30lbs...it is coming off. I WILL DO THIS and you can too!! I have three 6yr olds that most days I just pack up and go to the track. It was easier when they were in school but now that they are out they enjoy the time at the park playing and spend some time with me exercising. It is fun seeing their reaction to me losing. Good luck and feel free anyone who wants to add me. I'll take(and give) all the motivation and support I can.

I can't tell you how exciting it was to be so heavy and then lose so much! You too will have a lot of fun once you are there. The journey is half the adventure!

I started out at 325 March of this year and have already lost over 50 lbs. I would like to get off my bp meds, and get to between 150-180 lbs, though my initial "goal" here is getting to 200. MFP is a great tool! You can do this!0

Started Feb 13th at 364, now 302.0

I am and like I'm sure everyone on here is sad to admit. I wouldn't mind some really great people to be a support team. I have never weighed this much and I am just to the point where I don't even look in the mirror below my neck because nothing will look like I want it to anyways. I was always a "thicker" or "curvy" and I was a size 10-11 then. Too many things and experiences in my life have throw me wayyyy off track!0

I started on 12/16/11 at 327 lbs.. my first weigh-in with my trainer, my first day at the gym. It's amazing to me how badly I let myself go and how much in denial I was about it. But I knew I needed help and bit the bullet and hired a trainer and it was the best decision I could ever have made.
My most recent weigh-in was last week at 273. I still have a long way to go, but I feel sooooooo much better, healthier and so much more fit. The aches and pains I'd developed because of my weight have almost completely disappeared and I'm in a much happier place than I was back then. Not only does my trainer push me to do things I never thought I could, but I push myself too.. and it's awesome!
Wherever you're starting from.. it's just a starting point. Don't ever think you CAN'T!!!! The hard work really does pay off.. not just on the scale, but your overall well-being. Good Luck!!!0 -
Started out two weeks ago as 337 and today I'm 328. So yep. I'm still over 300lbs0
