    Thank you everyone! It took me quite a while to find the time and courage to post this... I truly didn't expect all the outpouring of kindness! If I can be an inspiration to ONE then I am happy. I have friends on MFP that encourage me daily so I am thankful I can keep the circle going.

    If I can give any advice, It would be to stay dedicated EVEN WHEN YOU DON'T SEE LOSS ON THE SCALE, push yourself... you are way stonger then you think and LIFT WEIGHT! HEAVY WEIGHTS!
