I wish to start weigh in on Mondays here for accountability. To give motivation and discuss how the week went. Please join this thread and support each other.Similar to the Weight Watchers weigh in.

There are lots of groups that have a weigh in on a certain day of the week. I used to belong to the group "Pin-up Girls" where the moderator posts a spread sheet with weights and progress on it. She starts a new sheet about every 9 weeks. Check it out.0

Today: 201,7 lbs

Amazing I was about to step out totally forgot about the thread I had started and as I was about to close the computer I see this in the motivation coloumn.

There is soo much fluctuations in the weight day to day hour to hour that I now have to force myself only to weigh in once a week.If not I will be not concentrating on the lifestyle changes and exercises I do.0 -
