Hi. Im fairly new to try and lose weight and keep fit. What keeps you motivated to want to lose weight and keep fit.
I did do well for a couple of weeks and now its gone... Help

I only started dieting well a month or two ago.
It can be difficult but you need to make up your own motivation to keep you going.
My motivation is to be sexy! I want to have an amazing strong body.
Another motivation for me is to lose weight. The weight I currently lug around isn't healthy what so ever.
I'm sure you'll find your own motivation. You just need to stick to it once you've found it!

Thanks for your reply. i have only been doing it for 4 weeks and i just had a bad week last week and it's got to me.
But i am now thinking a little more clearly and going to get myself back on track.

I've been working out since January and didn't see any results until I joined this site in July and really started tracking what I eat and my exercise.
Don't set crazy goals for yourself, go a little at a time. I still have the hardest time not comparing myself to every single person who is thinner than me. Now I look at the picture of me from 4 years ago and THAT is my motivation because I know I can do it since I did it before.
And if you ever find yourself needing some cheering on, everyone I've met on this site has been just wonderful so you can always turn to us!
