I've been walking along a 2.15 mile road by my house and it has some steep hills I avg. 2.6875 mph there and back. Should I track it as walking 2.5 miles for 100 minutes or is there another way of tracking it to account for the slight speed difference and hills?

The only real way to know is get a HRM, I got one from Target by New Balance for under $100. Take my pulse every 5 minutes or so and it tells you calories burned.0
