I just made it! I'm actually eating it right now.. it's amazing. I'm seriously making this WAY more often. Since the instructions were so vague, here is what I just made it with:
1/2 Cup of Libby's Pure Pumpkin
1 teaspoon of Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
1/4 Cup of Egg Beaters (original)
0.5 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
0.5 tsp Cinnamon
I actually put it in for 2 1/2 minutes.
This came out to a total of.. 96 calories! It's pretty big too. I mixed all of the ingredients together except for the cinnamon which I sprinkled on top.
Here's a (low quality) picture of it. And yes.. that's a paper bowl. :P
The middle came out underdone so I'd use a different bowl next time.. but it was still awesome.
