Count me in! Starting weight is 173 lbs. My goal is to be fitter and of course to lose weight in the process. I would like to go back down to 140-145 to start out.0

Current weight: 161 lbs
10 week goals:
- 156 lbs (I'm breastfeeding and to keep up milk supply my weight loss has to be really slow)
- Work up to WillPower & Grace three times per week (currently only at once per week because my muscles are too sore to go again!)
- Eat clean. Today I'm basicaly starting Paleo. I'm a total sugar junkie though so it is a struggle for me.0 -
