What Would Be A Good Workout Plan For Me

At this moment, I'm going to slowly up my caloric intake in the next month to a healthy rate.

My favorite exercise is walking 9-11 miles a day and doing push-ups. This is something I will incorporate into my daily life.

Since I am new to this, I would love to know what would be a good "Intense" workout plan? Something that will be for 2+ hours and will get my blood rising.

Thanks.

What is your goal? Want to loose weight or get more muscle?

Lose weight now, gain muscle later.

Ok, it's nice to start out with some cardio to loose weight, but it's important to start with weights as well. are you going to the gym? Start out with low weights, e.g. 0.5 or 1 kilos weights or 5 kilo on machines. When loose weight want to gain more muscle, you can raise the weights. Keep in mind: more reps with low weight = smaller muscles!

It's best to start out with some weight lifting (e.g. 1.5 hours), then move on to half an hour of cardio.
Try to take enough rest as well. I suggest something like this:

Monday: upperbody & back weights + cardio e.g. elliptical/stairmaster/spinning or just jogging outside
Tuesday: light cardio, like jogging, not in gym
Wednesday: lowerbody weights & belly + cardio e.g. elliptical/stairmaster/spinning or just jogging outside
Thursday: light cardio, like jogging, not in gym
Friday: whole body + cardio e.g. elliptical/stairmaster/spinning or just jogging outside
Saturday: light cardio, like jogging, not in gym
    Sunday: resting day

Ck out this site. Jamie Eason has 2 great 12 week workout plans that i have used to loss fat and tone up (I use the Livefit one). It is a great resource and gives you all the fitness and nutrition tools you need to succeed ..... I added some cardio to the first few weeks even though she said not to.
