Question for you. I'm new to MFP and I am trying to log everything. I'm noticing that its not giving me any calories associated with my strength (weight training) which I do 3 times a week. Why is this? Or am I just logging them wrong? I using the list closest to the activities in the system, but have no way to know how these workouts are impacting my calorie count.

If you add strength training under cardio, it will give you calories.0

The strength training section is just used to record sets/reps/weight/etc. so you can keep track of that as you go along.0
