    Initial Test results:

    Squats = 15
    Sit Ups=14 (I remember when I used to be able to do 84 of these man I'm out of shape)
    Push ups= 4 (just for the heck of it)
    Dips...I'll come back with those. The only stable surface I have is outside and it's late so I have to wait until tomorrow.

    I can do the initial test and measurements in +5 hours from now.

    Wow - looks like we have a great group!! I'm cutting off the list now, and it looks like there will be about 50 of us. I will start a new thread tonight and will post a link here. That will start with info on check-in dates, how I'll calculate rankings, etc. Feel free to keep posting test results and measurements in the meantime.

    I'm 36 and need some motivation.

    Here are my initial measurements.

    Weight - 163.6 lbs
    Chest - 36 3/4"
    Bust - 37"
    Waist - 34 1/2"
    Hips - 42 7/8"
    R Thigh - 26"
    L Thigh - 26"
    R Calf - 14 1/2"
    L Calf - 14 1/2"
    R Arm - 11 5/8"
    L Arm - 12"

    Calf: 14"
    Thigh: 22"
    Hip: 38.5"
    Waist: 29"
    Chest: 35.5"
    Upper Arm: 11"

    I'll be doing the initial test tomorrow, since today is a running day :-)

    Since I can't figure out how to edit my previous post with my other test results. My final result for the Dips was 2. So I have a long way to go to reach 150. But it'll be a fun road I think.

    My initial test:

    Squats: 100 (excellent)

    Sit ups: 61 straight...took 1 min break...then 39 more, for a total of 100 (very good)

    Dips: 25 (Rank 2 for 39 year olds)

    I'm in! Since it's pretty late, I'll post my measurements first thing in the morning if that's ok.

    Measurements :

    Waist : 38.5
    Hips : 42
    Thigh : 24
    Calf : 14.5
    Upper Arm : 11.5

    Initial Test : 30 situps (poor), 37 squats (good), 12 dips (poor)

    Excited to see the end results in addition to my current workout routine.

    I think I'm also going to add push ups to the mix.

    OK I got my initial test done wow, the dips aren't nothing nice.

    sit ups- 67 Excellent
    squats- 25 Good
    dips- 2 Rank 1

    When you're doing dips, are you supposed to primarily feel it in your shoulders? I don't actually feel it in my triceps so it's making me wonder if I'm doing it wrong. :\

    Edit: nevermind... I tried them on a different, more firm surface and definitely felt it in my triceps. So I was doing them wrong. lol
