Need 1 year anniversary ideas!

My husband are about to have our 1 year wedding anniversary (I cant believe this year has went by this fast)! I am thinking about doing an "Anniversary on the Hour" gift. I got the inspiration from http://www.thirtyhandmadedays.com/2011/08/anniversary-idea-on-the-hour/

I need some cute little presents to wrap and send them off to work with him. Does anyone have any ideas?!
