major motivation needed

Im 23. I've been fighting with my weight since birth. My weight has always yo-yo'd. Ive always been on the chubby side no matter how little ive eaten, or how much exersice i've done.
In the last week i have been made redundant from my job in which i stood up and did heavy lifting for 8hours+, 5/6 days a week. (and built up alot of muscle!)
Now im scared the pounds are going to keep piling on as im spending my days sitting at home searching for jobs, making all sorts of crafty things, cleaning the house and going for walks and bike rides. Even though im trying to keep active, I just dont feel like im doing as much activity as what I did in my last job.
I know its only been a week, but my body is actually hurting from being sat down more than usual.
Any home workout or exercise tips are appreciated.

There are some great programs you can look into! I like Jillian MIchaels, ChaLean Extreme, Turbo Fire, Insanity, etc...I have done all of my work outs at home- they work0

thanks! i think a good home dvd work out will be the best option as I sure cant afford a gym membership right now heehee0
