Started out @ 400 in 2008. Currently at 219. Long journey but well worth it.0

My heaviest recorded weight was 325 lbs. After many years of wishing and half-hearted weight-loss attempts, I finally made the commitment to lose the weight in May 2008, at 320 lbs. I lost 180 lbs in 3.5 years. I joined MyFitnessPal when I was around 154 lbs. I am currently 142 lbs and am keeping the weight off. I'd like to lose a few more pounds and am currently working on muscle definition and losing inches.0

Yes! Before I joined mfp, I was, last year, 327 pounds at my heaviest. I'm under the 300 mark right now and just excited to keep watching that scale and those sizes keep dropping.

I started out at 304 and am down to 269 in about 2 1/2 months. I have been working out hard, and it has payed off. Still going to lose more.0

I started at 292... 6 weeks later I'm down 10.4 lbs. I've found it's been pretty manageable so far and the support is amazing!0

I started at 296, 5 & 1/2 months in and down 46 lbs. I was losing 2.5 lbs a week, but hurt my leg and it's slowed down the weight loss. I am still extremely motivated. Aiming for a half marathon in April and Ragnar in June!! I can't wait!0

I started right about 300 lbs and didn't start here till I was over 40 lbs down.
It's a battle worth fighting to get your health back and your weight to where you can live a really decent quality life. I plan on winning my battle even if it takes a while to get there.0 -

I am starting at 290 (my highest is 298). I am desperate to make sure I never see "3" at the front of my numbers!
Lowest I can remember weighing is 190 in high school. Looking to get back there one day. Just see 200 again would be beautiful.
