    ok all lets try 100 squats with or without weights
    break them down throughout the day if you have to but remember you also get cardio burn if you do them all at once....
    --- I am going to try for 2 sets of 50 :)
    ** do what you can do but dont injure yourself *****stay safe=stay on track :)

    Mine are all done -paired with pushups 50...100 crunches and 50 each tricep/bicep curls :) thanks for joining me and helping keep me motivated too :):) Have a great afternoon everyone!

    Okay so originally I thought I'd have to post tomorrow that I was done but....I'm done!!!!! So proud of myself 100 squats done periodically over a few hours it's actually not that bad :)
