This is me this morning. The scale is detrimental in my honest opinion. Don't let yourselves be guided by the number. It's all about how you feel. I have 15lbs to lose and I am taking it one day at a time. :)

    I have been working out 5-6 days a week. I do kick boxing, HIIT, run a mile before or after every work out, I just started lifting weights. I watch what I eat like we all do. I am starting to eat 5-6 meals per day and I average about 19-25 grams of protein per meal.

    I don't always eat my exercise calories--just depends on how hungry I am. :smile:

    I have been going at this since January of this year.
