It's weird but I have always been self conscience of riding rides because of my weight, now that I have a 5yo that loves to ride amusement rides I want to have that satisfying feeling that I "fit" and can ride the ride.0 -

I just have to say- I can't believe how joining yesterday gave me motivation to set a goal and work towards achieving it.
It's just been great today- I ran for an hour this morning and biked for an hour after work. I believe I'm under my calories for the day b/c I burned over 1000 calories doing vigorous exercise today. At this rate, I will lose 10# by the first week in Sept.
