I have been doing it about 3-4 days a week and just did level 2 for the first time yesterday. I actually liked it better than level 1 although I'm sore today! Level 2 felt like more balancing, still a lot of cardio but less up and down- I HATE burpees!! I think it gets easier as you go or at least I was able to push further and go into the more advanced moves by week 3, but never finished a workout without dripping sweat! I feel a lot stronger in my core and I look in the mirror all the time to see if I can see a difference and its showing a bit. I took before pictures so hopefully there will be a good change when I finish. Oh! and I took measurements and already lost 3 inches from my waist! So yeah! results!0

ive took before and after pics so hoping to see good results.0 -
You don't HAVE to kill yourself with grueling workouts like that. Lift heavy and eat at a decific. Throw in some cardio if you'd rather eat a bit more. That is all I have done. Have never trained abs directly.0

for people like me who cant afford to go to the gym or buy weights to lift , the dvd is a perfect solution to get a good workout in im sure other people are in the same posistion were they want results but not at a very expensive price0
