P90X2 / Insanity: The Asylum results

Here are my results from 90 days of P90X2 and Insanity: The Asylum.
Day 1 - 30 - 60 - 90 photos
I was flying solo with the camera this AM, so not crazy about the images I got, but here they are.
165 lbs - 5.33% BF - up from 159 - 4.79% BF - I add about 5 lbs of lean muscle. Pretty happy with that considering the extra amount of cardio Asylum added.

Great job!! I am, however, a bit confused by the concept. You were 4.76%BF to start and it sounds like you were trying to gain some muscle mass. Why did you add the extra cardio of Asylum instead of just doing P90X2 by itself? I am sure you would have gained much more lean body mass if you left out the Insanity.
I am very confused by this so let us know why you did it this way.

I wanted to challenge myself. I had already completed 90 days of P90X2 and so this was up next for me. While Asylum does have a lot more cardio, there are a number of exercises that test your strength. I think that I may move onto Body Beast next and see if I can add a bit more mass, but not yet decided.
