I start 30DS tomorrow for the month of August. I will be taking before and after pics and measurements. Hope I lose that much! BUMP

I lost 4 inches when I did 30DS. It took me like 2 mths though because I kept taking weekends off. I'm restarting the program to see if I can't get more inches off this time.0

Ive done her videos for years...they will live up their name and "shred" you. Right now, Im doing level 2 of 6 week six pack a day or two a week (I do other workouts on other days at the gym). When you are done with this, I would recommend giving it a shot. It is TOUGH.0

I started yesterday.. it was hard and harsh.. but totally worth it.. i felt so much better after exercise. I took my measurements, and will see how much it will change..

I'm about to do day 3 on level 2. I'm doing each level 10x and Sundays are my day off. In level one I lost 1 and a half inches in my hips tummy and waist.. add the rest of inches lost for 7.5 inches lost and down 2.5.. hoping to see some more great results thru level2 add me if you want to see my updates.0

I've lost about 30 pounds in the last 10.5 months and my tummy is still pudgy and I decided it's time for something new that is going to help tone me up.
I just finished day 2 this morning. I made a plan to wake up a half hour earlier from now on to get the video done before I start getting ready for work. I'm loving it! Working out in the morning is the best feeling ever! Getting to work knowing I've already got my 30DS workout done for the day is an amazing feeling.
I love Jillian too. I love that she keeps reminding you "if you want abs like this you HAVE to work at it!" "If you want results you have to give it everything for the 20 minutes!" She keeps reminding me what I need to not forget.

I really don't want to rain on your parade, but are you sure you're measuring correctly? The likelihood of *anyone* losing an inch per day in your stomach is very small... Make sure the measuring tape is straight or, better yet, have someone else do it for you! You may have over-measured the first time (if it was higher in the back than the front or vice versa).
Regardless, good luck with the 30ds! I'm sure you'll see great results at the end!0 -

I actually didn't think it was right either- I measured 5 diff times- and each time got the same thing- I had my sister measure me the first day- and then she measured me again the 4th day.0 -

I also am on Day 4 of level 1. I haven't taken my measurements since i started but i do know that i was able to fit into 3 different size 4 skirts today.0

Hell, I think I'll start tomorrow too. I have the dvd. Tried it like 6 months ago and weenied out.

I know it's a tough workout when i'm in the middle of it, but i'm worried cuz i haven't felt really sore since after my workout on day 2. Tomorrow is day 5/level 1. Does anyone else think that's weird??
Oh, and i also gained like half a pound so since i started so i'm hoping that's muscle too lol.0 -

I am on my first week of it and also have a love/hate relationship with her. I am alternating 30 DS and Biggest Loser Bootcamp every other day...I am only on day 3 and am super sore! I didn't measure myself on Monday, guess I should have. Good luck everyone that is on it.0

I just finished Day #1 Lvl #1 this morning. I have no stamina or boddy strength so I can't wait to see results. I took before pics and measurments. I wil add you when I get home from and have my laptop. Look forwardd to shreddding with you.0 -

I just finished day 4 level 1 of the shred. It was torturous for the first three days but today I felt like I was actually able to complete about 95% of it without wimping out. I asked my friend that's a personal trainer who also did this (she is super buff now!) about taking a day off and she said yes, definitely take a day off during the week. My plan is to do 5 days in a row and then take a day off (but still go for my 25 minute power walk in the morning). I'm looking forward to comparing results!0
