Do you Log weights?

I always do a warm up and get a good sweat going before I start weights, but I haven't been logging them, I just don't get how they gauge the cals lost... advice? Do you log your weights? or just your cardio?

I log my weights as stregth training however many minutes I do - and then I put in the sets and reps in below so that I can keep track0

Same. I log to keep track of the strength training that I do so I can keep pushing my body.0 -

Log what weights your doing as far as weight/reps/sets (write it down) so you can make progress, but dont worry about calories burned from lifting0

I log everything (cardio, weights, and yoga) because I've found that eating back my calories works best for me.0
