Rant + I'd have to die 151 times in 2 weeks for this!! :)

On advice from my grand master fitness ninja, I bumped my daily calorie goal from 2200 to 2100. Now WTF?? My fitness pal applied this new goal *retroactively* so now I'm 100 calories OVER my target every day for the last two weeks. Hey I worked for that!! </rant>.

Anyweighs (ha ha), I scaled in at 212 today--7 nasty a*s pounds in two weeks off to jelly-belly-hell--BOO-YAH!! Yes, your math is right! 112 oz. You got it--*3175* gut floppin' grams >POOF< *disappeared* from my material being. According to scientists, I've either died 151 times (see http://www.snopes.com/religion/soulweight.asp) or I'm just KICKING A*S! :) <gestures:"humility";"gratitude">MFF</gestures>.
