Today's challenge is 100 Overhead Tricep Extensions!

Seems like a lot? Well, you can break them up!

One handed or two, laying, on a ball, sitting or standing.

Don't have weights? Surely there is something heavy around? A book? A couple of cans? Jug of OJ?

Post once to join the challenge and again (before midnight) when complete.

    Not sure what exactly an overhead tricep extension is... but just yesterday I was looking for something I could do at work to get me up and away from my desk...(I have a wall I can step behind so nobody sees me)...hmmm... nothing really heavy around here... but I'll give it a shot!

    Well, today was back and tricep day so I'm already in 30 skull crushers and 30 kickbacks per arm.... :grumble: In anyway, aiming for 100 in addition to the workout.

    done! I could only find 2 lbs ...so I'm going to do a few extra using my hangbag, which I KNOW weighs more than 2 lbs !
