need someone to help

hi guys

first of all a huge thank you for comming and reading my post

the reason of writing thhis post was , i had nothing to do !
i thought that i might have some body with me who can support me all the time
i made a list off things im gonna do this month

as i said i want somebody to help me get motivated and inspire me all the time
thx for the understanding :)

    Hi. Lists are useful, as long as you make them realistic - and remember to build some flexibility in so if you miss a day you have the chance to catch up & don't fall into the trap of feeling like you've failed so you may as well take the rest of the day / week off...

    I've tried lots of different things and found that most things work for a while, but for me the key is recognising when the spurt is over and finding new ways to energise my weight loss before it all creeps back.
