Great job to everyone who completed this challenge for July! Let's see how well we do for the month of August! Everyone starts fresh Aug 1st and update your totals every couple days! (If you start later than Aug 1st, post when you started)

I'm in! I think what everyone considers a binge is very different.. for me it's not so much the calories but the out-of-control feeling I get when I eat, unable to stop myself from reaching for more.0

For me a binge is going over 500 calories above my calorie limit a day.
I am currently reading a book called Why weight by Geneen Roth. According to that book binges are ways in which we allow ourselves to go unconscious, to get away from concerns of day to day life and plunge into oblivion .If we developed other ways to meet that need our desire to binge will lessen.0 -

Oh Binge Monster, how I hate thee!!!! I think a binge is different for everyone. I have been considering going to a threapist for some help! But let's try this and see what happens!!!! I am glad I am not alone
