Frustration on week 4?

I originally wrote about my frustration 2 weeks ago with not losing weight. I am 6'0 and 210 pounds. I got some great info on BMR and TDEE and upped my calories. I am also using a fitbit which shows that my daily calories burned is averaging about 2500-2600. My BMR is 1780. I am logging my food and making sure I am above my BMR, but still having a calorie deficit.
I have still not dropped any weight or changed my BMI since then even though I am showing a deficit. I jog for 40 minutes or so workout 2-3 times a week and do some strength exercises or yoga 2-3 times a week.
It is very hard to stay motivated when you do not see results. Any thoughts?

Did you let MFP calculate your goal calories, or did you put them in manually?0

I set my goals based on the 500 deficit from my average daily calories burned. They are about the same as MFP's setting.0

Could someone take a look at my diary and let me know why I wouldn't be losing?0
