I would like to join! I haven't been keeping track of my mileage other than in my exercise diary, but I average about 15-20 miles a week, so I think I can definitely meed the 50 mile a month minimum! Can you put me down for a goal of 60 miles for August?0

I got in 5.5 tonight and have another 4.3 scheduled for tomorrow morning! I am ready to get this started! Whoo hoo!

my goal for August will be 60 miles. I am healthy and raring to go just need to get back into the swing of things. Special shout out to Carlton and J_ for your advice and support!

I got rained out this morning! Boo. Torrential down pour and I was not prepared. No hat = rain in my eyes!
Will try to get my miles in this evening.
I live in the NE. Its summer. I may have to suck it up and get a gym membership just to get my miles in while in training for my (first!) marathon.0 -
