    July was my first challenge, and I'm excited to do August!

    I ended July's challenge at 210, making my 5 lb goal. Then I woke up this morning and gained 1.4 lbs in bloat. My goal for August is to get to 205, in the hopes that this gain today is very short lived. Good luck everyone! July was great.
