So, here's the deal..
Free to everyone and you can join at any time!
Starts Aug 1st
The challenge is simple...
Exercise 24 hours (1440 minutes) total in the month of August. Lots of people completed this challenge last month
CAN YOU DO IT??
People always ask what exercise counts. . It's TOTALLY up to you - I personally only include things I do specifically for exercise (not cleaning). It's a challenge for yourself so you decide.

I'm in, sounds like fun. Like you only counting things specifically meant for exercise, workouts, fast paced walking (not strolling with the kids), hiking, climbing etc. I'm sure I can do it!0
