Didn't think I would do it, but I am actually IN and done. This is my first mini challenge: did 100 two-handed with a 5 lb bottle. Hope I did them right.0

Got a migraine yesterday so I couldn't do it (no arms on headache days) so did it today with 60 on 5lb weights and 40 with 3lb weights...0
