    Hey I just joined - from London. Just thought it would help me to monitor what I actually eat everyday as I have no idea in terms of fat, calories, protein, etc! What about you?

    I am from Birmingham. I been seriously dieting since April and am nearly at goal. Decided to Food Journal and found this ste whilst looking for an app for my iphone.
