I'm curious as to whether I should or not. I have been and as I do not have a scale at the moment, I'm not sure about my weight. However, I haven't seen any measurement differences so I assume this may not be working for me.
The thing is, I'm only 10ish lbs from my GW... I heard that when you get closer to your GW you should up your calories or something?
Advice!? Opinions?

First of all, determine your Daily Calorie Intake and then based on that you need to cut down few calories (max 100 cal/day).
Coming to workouts/exercise, its always advisable and recommended that we should consume our Exercise Calories, if not you're creating a more deficit which inturn reduces your Metabolism.0 -
