Starting your day off RIGHT!

What are the best ways to start your day off right? Want to start my day right off the right way and not blow it right away!

    I usually start my day with a Protein shake and/or a bagel

    Exercise and pre-planned meals/snacks. A good morning workout keeps me concious of what I'm putting in my mouth because I don't want to have worked out for nothing. Also, I pack healthy snacks to take to work which keeps me from venturing to the vending machine.

    Drink a glass of water within 15 minutes of getting up! Wakes up your body, i.e. your metabolism!!

    Put your arms around your husband/wife/significant other, hold that person close and give them a nice long kiss and tell them you love them........then continue on to protein, oatmeal, exercise, etc.

    I use to start my day with a small fry up and a mug of coffee. Now I've switched to light healthy clear soup because I like a warm breakfast. It fills me up and makes me feel healthier too. I still have my coffee but not till lunch time :P
