Thank you. I typically eat a piece or two of fruit with toast or peanuts in the morning, something from Whole Foods Market (egg salad sandwich or soup) at lunch and am a little more lenient at dinner, though still no dairy and some sort of veggie. No soda. I snack on organic zen mix or graham crackers.
I don't have to be as militant on the eating end because of my workouts: Typically 30 to 40 minutes of weights, 300 situps and a five-mile run. I try to burn 1,000 calories a day.0 -
