I have no wish to eat McDonalds anymore, pretty much off it for over a year and a half
i have a recent fascination with sonic restaurant though, i think i could eat anything off that menu
i guess trade one evil for another, haha
Whats a Sonic restaurant!??
Apart from another super yummy restaurant the UK is obviously missing out on!! lol xx
Sonic is a "drive-in" restaurant. think old school movies where cars pull up to a slot and order off the menu from the car or they can get out the car and sit outside in a little gathering spot, and the people bring your food out to you on skates, or some of them who prefer not to bust their butts will just walk, haha. they serve burgers and pretty much every ballpark, American like dish that's just delicious, and some of the best milkshakes!0 -
Anything that comes out of the ocean. Yuck!
Organs
Long John Silvers
KFC
Sonic
Milk with fat in it
I could however destroy any baked good ever.

I don't want to eat:
Tuna
Sodas
Mayo
I always want to eat:
Wings
Beer

At first I thought this was a suggestion - to share food even when hungry, to eat less. Yes, I'm a nerd.
Can't do:
Fast Food Chain "food" However. give me a cone or frozen lemonade from Mc'D and I'm a happy girl =-)
Organ Meats
Hotdogs - Pretty much any & all tube meats are included in this for me.
Peppers & Pineapple (severely allergic)
Papaya
Wish I didn't have a wicked sweet tooth though. If I could give up sweets (& alcohol) I'd probably be a twig.
Addicted to:
Tuna
Grilled Meats - who needs an oven???
Fresh Veggies
Greek Yogurt
Mashed Potatoes
Rice
Chocolate - I could eat chocolate morning, noon, & night - literally. There is never a bad time for chocolate.
BBQ Sauce
To the person who posted about Sonic - be careful. Their food is delish! But Sonic foods are super high in sodium. I used to work there and promptly lost 15 lbs when I left after 6 months of eating one meal per day there while working. And you bust your buns at Sonic. I was a rollerskating carhop. I'd work 6 to 9 hour shifts, on skates, and still gain weight just eating one meal per day there.0 -

Have NOT been in a McDonalds or Burger King (except the drive-through for unsweetened black coffee) in more than three years .......
And don't miss any of it, either :drinker:0 -
I have been hungry enough in the past to eat virtually anything.
However, I would have drawn the line at Pumpkin Pie, had I been offered.
I think.
I, too, have this problem. However, I think i draw the line at things that are still alive (like insects). I would eat them otherwise if necessary.0 -
lima beans
This makes me giggle. I grew up poor and there was a time when we ate lima beans with ketchup for 2 full weeks, nothing else because there was nothing else left until the first paycheck came from my Mom's new job. That was breakfast, lunch, & dinner. It was a really long 2 weeks!! All 4 members of my family to this day have a hard time with lima beans because of this experience. The texture alone brings me back to a time without running water & electricity. However, my Mom really made being poor fun. We played board games and learned ballroom dancing from our parents, instead of watching TV or going out. So peppered in there are really good memories, which is why it makes me giggle & brings a smile to my face.0 -
canned tuna
raw onions
sweet potatoes (make me gag)
most non-chocolate candy
conventionally raised veal (breaks my heart)
KFC and most other fast food (used to crave it, now I don't want even want it - I can make stuff at home that's five times as good for a fraction of the cost to both my wallet and my health)
factory-farm beef, lamb, pork, etc.
farmed Atlantic salmon0 -
i love to eat! i would pretty much eat anything except mushrooms lol0
-
I have never liked eating;
Mc'donalds, KFC or any fast food place similar to them
Crisp
Chips/Fries
Mayo or any creamy sauces
Any meat other than poultry
Any fried foods
If only chocolate, ice cream and cakes didn't exsist I'd never have an issue haha!!0 -
Celery! I wish I loved it as it seems to be the go-to food of the diet gods but I just cannot get over the texture.
Milk - I know it's not a FOOD but I have never liked milk. It kind of grosses me out honestly. I use soy milk for my cereal and I never just straight up drink it.
On the other hand, I could eat chips & dip all day long. Salsa, hummus, bean dip, any kind really, I don't discriminate.0 -
Pimento Cheese
Cottage Cheese
ick, ick, ick!!
My MIL loves pimento cheese and even though I remind her often, she still tries to feed it to me. Right after my c section she came to my house to help with the baby while my husband was gone for work and she brought a huge Sam's club size container of it.. "I thought we could snack on this and it would be easy and so good!!" No.. no.. so gross... :sick:0 -
Soda, snack cakes, potato chips, most fast food.0

This is really cool - thanks for sharing with us. I have to admit, lima beans are my least favourite also .. But you have a good reason for not caring for them!!0 -
Things I just won't eat:
organ meat -hate that iron taste!
brains/eyes/sweetbreads-yucky, just the squishy thought of it!
chitlins -not even if my mama makes 'em !!
I am southern and eat some southern food just not this one!
&
brussle sprouts
they just offend me.
Things I love and always would like:
sweet potato crisps
frozen grapes
cheeses- any kind
artisan breads- yum!0 -

I have an obsession with pumpkin. I add canned pumpkin to EVERYTHING. This post makes me sad.0 -
I have 0 will or wish to eat those foods just because I don't like eating them:
Muffins
Cupcakes
Anything sweet
KFC
Any sweet or diet beverages
However I am addicted to:
McDonalds (double cheeseburger, junior chicken, bigmac, FRIES!!!!!!!!)
A&W (2 for 6)
Cinema popcorn (Cant enjoy movie without popcorn) "1st world problems"
Cheese (any cheese, cottage cheese, cream cheese, mix cheese)
Nuts (if only they had lower caloric value)
wow, I literally gagged when I read what you do not and what you do like.... I think doing MFP has changed my eatting habits. I no longer like any fast food. When I am forced to eat it, (family pressure) I get a grilled chicken sandwich....
Yea, sorry.... gag.0 -
Mayonnaise
Cream Cheese
Sour Cream
Cottage Cheese
Yogurt
Or anything containing those foul beasts. I'd have to be near death to eat that mess.0
