Porridge with peanut butter or honey or dried fruit or just some cinnamon! Porridge is a bit of a breakfast staple of mine! : /

    Toast with Lurpak Lighter.

Two Shredded Wheat with 100ml Milk.

At weekends I tend to be a bit more adventurous normally having either a mushroom omelette (with whole eggs - none of that egg white malarky for me) or poached eggs on toast.

Like you, breakfast is probably my most 'samey' meal of the day. xx

I usually have one of these:
    2 Weetabix
    Special K
Scrambled Egg & Mushrooms (sometimes toast too)
    Wholemeal Toast & poached egg
    Porridge
    Baked beans on Toast
Just a couple of bits of toast with butter of Marmite
    Dippy eggs & soldiers

    I hope it helps

I recently got this amazing 1min egg poacher from TKMaxx, so I've been a bit poach-mad.
If I run out of eggs I have muesli and yogurt with apple slices mixed in.

I usually have egg whites on either a whole wheat wrap or on whole wheat toast, with some deli meat (low sodium), and/or cheese (low fat). Today i changed it up and had three whole wheat pancakes with lite syrup, and Olivio butter substitute, and my daily coffee w/ sugar-free creamer.

I've got a couple I rotate between, but they all involve some combination of Kashi Go Lean Crunch, Greek yogurt (either Chobani, or Kirkland (Costco) unsweetened plus honey), eggs (fried, hard boiled or omelette), FF milk and whole grain toast? Mix and match as the mood suits.

My breakfast is the same every morning - 2 Weetabix, 100ml skimmed milk and a cuppa. It's getting boring! What do you eat before work?

My diary is public. Feel free to peek. Warning, though: I eat the same thing almost every day but only because the combinations work the best for my macros and taste yummy at the same time.

Wow, what a variety of breakfasts! Thank you everyone for taking the time to inspire me. Off to write the shopping list for my Saturday supermarket visit. Oh, and I have concluded from this that, I DO have a boring breakfast!
