How late do you close the doors?

What time do you guys cut off the eating for the night? Or how many hours before going to bed, is the better question.

Right before I go to bed which is usually right around 12:30am-1am.

I don't go by time, I go by total consumed. But if I'm hungry, I'm gonna eat.0

no set time......sometimes I'm done by 8pm other times I eat till midnight or later....depends on the day/circumstances.0

I don't. If I'm hungry at 11pm and have calories left you'd better believe I'm going to use them.0

if i have calories left and i want to eat i do. no set time. I chart midnight to midnight. I do alot of weird shifts at work.0

I try to stop eating at least an hour before bed, but that's for my reflux, not weight loss.0

I work the night shift 7p - 7a. So, my cut-off is around 9am!0

I don't get home most nights right now till after 7. Cooking and eating comes after that, and in the winter it's later some nights so I can't even begin to give anyone a time that I cut off eating.0

I don't, if I have calories and I'm hungry I eat them. I track from the time I wake up in the morning til the time I go to bed at night.0

I go to bed regularly at 10:00PM Sunday-Thursday and I have my last snack no later than 8:00PM. I think the quality of sleep is as important as what and when I eat!0

I ate my dinner about 40min ago (9:30p-ish). The time of meals doesn't matter0

On a work night, I dont get home till 6ish. Then 2 work nights a week I go to the gym. So I don't actually eat dinner sometimes till almost 9. I eat then go to bed a bout an hour or so later.
I pretty much try to cut it off at about an hour before bedtime so I am not going to bed on a totally full tummy. But if I am hungry I will eat, or if I am below my cals.0 -
When I'm asleep.
Or my calories for the day are all used up (mostly)0 -
whenever i hit my calories for the day lol. sometimes its at 9pm, sometimes its like 10 minutes before bedtime.0

I Work nights... and sometimes when I get home I am too tired to snack... I sometimes wake up in the middle of my sleep and have a snack (something small and protieny)0 -
I don't cut off the calories, if I have some left over and I am hungry I eat. I always add the extra even though I already completed my diary for the day.0

I stop eating when my calories are all used up. I don't have a problem eating right before bed. Doesn't bother me at all.0

I get up at 10am and am up til 2am. I like to eat anywhere from 6pm to 9pm. If I am not too lazy. For some reason, I like to eat right at the beginning of a show or sporting event. I am not sure why that is. I don't own a microwave by choice, so any food I make is cooked, which takes effort and time.0

I don't get hungry at night, for some reason. For me, it's a big breakfast, medium lunch, and small dinner. Dinner's anywhere between 5:30 and 7:00, but I don't have any strict 'I will not eat after X-pm' rule. I like to sleep early and wake up early0

Until recently, I was just eating right before I went to bed. Now I cut-off my eating before 8pm (early, I know).
I get home from work at around 10:30pm and I have a bad habit of snacking on high-calorie foods after work.
I think it's okay to go to bed a little hungry
But right now...I'm snacking on pickles lol0 -
I have no cut off time and my sleep schedule is irregular, so I might have my last bite hours before to right before I fall asleep. Hasn't affected my weight loss as far as I can tell.0

If I'm hungry, I'll eat no matter what time it is. Obviously not a full meal but a good snack.0

I have my diary set up in 3 hour chunks of time rather than by meals and snacks. If I'm hungry or haven't reached my goal for the day, I eat, but I like to have a little time before actual sleep time. Midnight is the latest though0 -
I like to have a yummy milk drink when I go to bed. I find that if I go to bed full and satisfied, then I don't get up starving in the middle of the night or the next morning.0

I try not to eat in my sleep. Meal timing doesn't matter.0

9pm.... if I don't eat by then..... I don't eat. Simple.0

I don't eat after 4-5pm. If I HAVE to eat, it will be an apple or celery/carrot sticks.0
