I'll make it short, although I feel I have lot of things to say...
After 135 days I reached my first goal. Now I can proudly say that I will no longer be a MORBIDLY OBESE person. Of course, I am still a SEVERELY OBESE person, but it is an important change for me. I always hated the MORBID word. Made me feel like a freak. I will update my next mini goal later today. I want to enjoy how the ticker looks after reaching the first landmark. Thanks to all my MFP pals. Let's continue down this road...
