You could do wall push-ups. For easier push-ups, approach your feet from the wall and for harder push-ups, distance your feet from the wall. I do them at work because I don't trust the salubrity of the floor in the toilet =P0 -

Done, did 10 sets of 10, modified on knees as part of an interval training session with squats and mummy kicks...ouch!0 -

Done!! 4 sets of 25 - wall. Tried girl push ups and that didn't work. But I did distance my feet from the wall each set. Glad I started somewhere. Someday, I'll do real push ups. Woohoo!!0 -

Break them up.
Any kind: on floor, against the wall, using a stability ball, etc.

This is Exactly what I do. I do some kind of exercise every time I go to the restroom and same thing....i dont trust the floors cleanliness!!! so these r perfect for me....I also turn my hands in (facing each other) I find it helps work out my "wings" more!!! lol
