    I am in for 50 miles. I walk/ran 2.4 miles today. 47.6 to go!!

    Started today. Aiming for 50 miles. Spent today walking 6 miles all round London at the tourist and Olympic sites. Great atmosphere. Fantastic Olympics. Go Team GB!:

    I have a goal of 50 running miles for this month. So far I've completed 6.95 miles and have 3.1 miles tomorrow for my 5K in the morning!

    Im not a runner (yet) but I'm slowly working myself in the direction. I'm gonna set my goal to walk 50 miles this month.

    Thanks for the support girls :) I'm loving walking, and actually woke up at 5am pumped to get out there and do my walk before it got too hot out. I NEVER in a million years thought I'd be a morning person looking forward to exercise!

    8/1 - .45mi 27min
    8/2 - .45mi 24min

    Total - .9mi
    Goal - 15mi

    I'm getting quicker ^_^ small improvement!

    Great job!!

    Only 2 miles today, I went swimming instead :smile:
    2.0 miles in today, 28.5 miles to go.

    Great to see some new faces today! :)

    I walked 2.25 miles today, so

    8/1 - 3.75 mi
    8/2- 2.75 mi
    8/3- 3.5 mi
    8/4- 2.25 mi

    Total- 12.25 Miles.
    Left to go- 37.75 Miles

    Keep up the great work everyone! :)

    today i did 1 mile cross trainer (does that count??) and 2.7 mile walk
    total so far - 12 miles (if cros trainer counts!!) 38 to go!

    Cross trainer counts if you want it to! This challenge is about pushing yourself to reach your own personal goals! :) Nice work out today! :)

    Welcome!! :) I use an app on my phone that has a pedometer, so you know your steps, and it also tells you distance, speed, maps your walk/run, etc. Hopefully you can find something similar for android. Good Luck! :)

    Depending on where you are from....but i use Map My Run, its great!
