I started at 375 in January. My weight right now is 305. So close to getting into the 200's.0

The key is not to think of how much you have to lose... Do 5 pounds at a time. Surround yourself by people like yourself...

I started out as 323 and I am now at 291. The only advice I can give you is take it in small steps and log in every day0

I started at 310 and got down to 244, but had a relapse and am now at 264. But I'm more motivated now then I have been in months. It's not an easy road. Be we can do it!!!!0

My highest weight ever was 400 lbs. I started in Feb 2011 at 384.8 and have lost over 100 lbs so far.0

Hey. I started out at 436, and I've lost 164 pounds and am down to 272. It has taken me 18 months, and I'm not at my first goal of getting to 250, but it can definately be done if you put your mind to it and commit to a few life changes. :happy:

You are definatly not alone i started this a little over a month ago and i weighed 365....and at my highest weight 9 years ago i weighed 388 lbs and got down to 304 then over the past few years i put most of it back on0

i wasnt at 300... just shy of it actually... i started at 298 at 19 years old. I am now at 186 lbs and plan on losing about 50 more. You guys can do it!! I know its not easy, but trust me, it is so worth it!0
