    My first aim is to complete all booked classes at the gym (5) before going on holiday next week.
    My second aim is to swim for at least 30mins everyday on holiday to curb the possible weight gain but hoping for a weight loss!

    I just started back up and my first week is going swimmingly! One week and I'm already down 9lb and a total of 4 inches! It's most likely bloat/water weight but it still makes me feel damn good! :D
