    reading/responding to topics on MFP. Can't sleep because I am taking a 6:40 am train from boston to nyc and then a new jersey transit train to long branch new jersey and then a taxi with my 92 year old mom to her home in tinton falls. Then another train back to nyc to my home. Worried a bit about sticking and reaching my food goal for the day.
