    The Factory Burrito Grande is awesome! When i first saw it i thought it looked like a torpedo from a submarine. The thing is huge!

    the cajun jambalaya pasta is my fav! cheesecake is actually one of my favorite places to eat...unfortunately ive stopped eating there since EVERYTHING is so high in calories :(

    I stay the hell away from cheesecake factory now that I know what their nutritional content is (granted they have a 'skinny menu' now).
    But back in the day, my favorites were the 4 cheese pasta and the double BBQ bacon cheeseburger (yeah, I was large then haha)

    UGH I love their cheeseburgers and 4 cheese pasta! I'm going there tonight with the inlaws and I think I've decided on the skinnylicious tuscan chicken, 585 calories and 24g of protein. Not great, but good enough!

    The Tuscan chicken is amazing!!!! By far my favorite, it's yummy, filling and I dont feel bad about eatting the whole thing if I somehow manage the task. The skinny coctails are winners too!!!!!

    Yes! I've heard good things about the skinny cocktails. I'm now changing my mind and thinking about the Crab Cakes...I think one serving has 245 calories and 50 g of protein!!!!

    Bang Bang Chicken and Shrimp or the Thai Lettuce Wraps! SOOOO YUM!!!!! And of course, Strawberry Cheesecake. Mmmmm....

    I've only been there once. But I had hummus as an appetizer, and then Evelyn's Favorite Pasta for a meal. Pretty good!

    I hate that place with a fiery passion ever since learning my favorite dish there (the portobello on a bun) is 1300 calories... the place is a gluttonous disaster zone and I will never eat there again.

    I didn't know they had a skinny menu. I will still avoid TCF but not like the plague.

    Pasta Da Vinci for sure! & Chocolate Mousse Cheesecake!

    Where did you find the Cheesecake Factory nutritional info? They give the calories on the Skinnylicious menu but that's it.

    Fresh Vegetable Salad! Yummy, very filling, and only 390 cals without the chicken! Even with the chicken, it's only around 600. Not awful for Cheesecake Factory!

    Their Chicken Tenders with Garlic Mashed potatoes. Chicken works well for leftovers!

    I also LOVE their mini plate of fried cheese triangles. Nice to get 6 pieces to split with the family instead of a basket of 12 or 15 like some places. 1 is good enough for me :-)

    I don't go there much anymore though because there's not one near where I live since I moved. Closest is hour and a half away.

    Skinnilicious Factory Chopped Salad!!! I could eat it every day. Stay far, far away from the cheesecake. We made the mistake of getting the reese's cheesecake a few weeks ago and I cried when I saw the calorie count for ONE slice.....1300!!!!

    My ultimate "splurge" favorite: The Navajo sandwich... grilled chicken & avocado in frybread... with fries (needless to say, I don't order this anymore, just dream of it)

    My favorite salad: BBQ Ranch Chicken Salad (the dinner size is enough for 2-3 people to share)

    New favorites: The Skinnylicious menu has a lot of tasty options

    I looove the Santa Fe salad, and the Godiva chocolate cheesecake. Neither of which are low calorie.... Oh and their brown bread is to die for!
