Hi... I am NEW HERE
.I am also up late as well. I have decided to become DETERMINED to lose 40-50 pouncs.....!!! I have been spending a few minutes here making a list of the foods I prefer ( and enjoy ) ......
According to my figures ( numbers ) I could lose this weight by December / January with a 2 pound per week weight loss....that is if I add EXERCISE.....Any suggestions as to exercise for someone that hasnn't exercise in YEARS ?0 -
Love the wee hours! I work M-Friday/Saturday mornings from 11pm to 8am. Even when I'm not at work, I tend to keep the same sleep pattern during the day. This works out well since I'm not as pleasant when I have to wake up in the morning. I've always been a night owl.
