By June 2013:
1. I'd like to see a single digit (would love an 8 even) sized pair of jeans on my body and a size of top that doesn't start with an X.
2. Lose about 40 more pounds. (a little less than a pound a week, although I'm aiming for 1.5 currently so I can accomplish #3 by goal time)
3. Tone up my legs, arms, chest, abs, and behind.
4. Swim 25 laps in the pool without stopping.0 -

Face the whole weight room and do 5 consecutive pull ups infront of everyone.
Run a half & eventually a full marathon
Be comfortable enough to run the neighbor hood in shorts and sports bra.
Have no love handles at all.0 -
- I want to be able to run 5k without stopping (<30 mins) and 10k (< 55 minutes)
- I want to have less body fat (18% right now, want it down to 10%)
- Want abs and a general athlete's physique
- Want to be able to bench my body weight
- Do 100 push ups in a row
- A 6 pack0 -
1. Run a 5k at 10km/h, then work that up to 10k distance.
2. Weight down to 140lb, then 135lb.
Started at all of about 147lb so this isn't much compared to everyone else, but it's still feels daunting for me. 135lb is the lightest I've ever been, at a time when I was working out a LOT and not eating very much. I'm not entirely sure whether it's really that viable for me in a healthy/sustainable/happy way.
That said, I looked great.
3. Lower bodyfat - currently 26%, down to 21-22% or thereabouts
4. Strong knees & ankles to climb more mountains without getting injured
5. Learn to do proper weightlifting
or competitive cycling
or do a crazy tumbling/acro course at the circus gym (I used to be a gymnast when I was a kid)
Feel very vulnerable by putting these goals on the line and writing them out in public - weird! Interesting to expose the mental blocks I've got...0
