Apples (although I take them out of the fridge before eating as I like them at room temp. I'm really not sure why they are in there... they don't need to be either because it's winter here) x 4
    Carrots (about 5)
    Cauliflower (1 head)
    1 red Capsicum
    Tomatoes (about 6)
    Broccoli (2 heads)
    Avocado (half)
    Half an onion chopped
    Half a lemon
    Jar of kalamata olives
    Jar of Orange Marmalade
    Jar of Caramelised Onion Chutney
    Self-raising flour
Easiyo Sweet Greek Yoghurt (bought on a whim. Yummy, but a bit too sweet for me, prefer unsweetened)
Half packet reduced fat cheddar cheese
    Small block of Parmesan
Swiss cheese (man, I've got a lot of cheese)
    Skim milk
1 bowl of leftovers (Asparagus, snowpea, chilli and smoke salmon spaghetti)
Eggs including 1 duck egg from when I was looking after my friend's ducks

I have lots more in my freezer and pantry at the moment and I'm trying to run everything down as much as possible before going shopping again. Definitely no more cereal until I finish the three opened packets that I have and my oats! I enjoy pantry/freezer clear-out weeks. It makes me use my brain to plan and cook, not just my stomach and taste buds lol.

Edit - reading Havarti in the post above makes me want to add to my cheese collection! Yum! And Haloumi!
