hey congrats man!! any detail you can give on how you got there (ie - diet and exercise etc) would be invaluable. your story gave me a boost just now, as I was feeling in the dumps and about to perhaps fall off the wagin and get me a slice of cake, but your starting and ending goals are where I'm at - started in march at 265, current 220, hoping to get to about 185 or 175, don't know (I'm at 6').
